CNC (computer numerical control) refers to the automated control of machining equipment (drills, boring tools, lathes) and similar machinery. A CNC machine cuts a part out of a blank piece of material (metal, plastic, wood ,ceramic, or composite). CNC can meet precise specifications and do so without a manual operator attending the machine.
Our CNC machines range from 3 to 5 axis for manufacturing functional plastic and metal prototype parts as well as series production parts. CNC (a form of subtractive manufacturing) can make parts from technically specified plastic and metal. It also can be used to make large parts such as industrial machine coverings, thick, sectioned prototypes, and other items that would be difficult to mold.
Machined parts can be coated in any color or texture.
Material used: ABS, PP. PC. PMMA, NYLON, POM, ALUMINUM, STEEL, COPPER, Magnesium, Zinc. Other materials available upon request.
